What is the minimum volume for custom dice?
From 1 unique prototype To validate your concept. Scales: 50, 500, 1,000, 5,000 and up to 50,000 copies. Small series go digital in our workshop Brittany; the large series (>1,000) switch to screen printing Angoulême.
What materials for custom dice?
Wood (beech, maple, oak) FSC or PEFC certified, recycled plastic (ABS, bio-based PLA), metal (lace, aluminum). The wood accepts laser engraving or screen printing; the plastic accepts screen printing or stamping; the metal accepts fine laser engraving.
How many faces and what sizes?
Standard faces: D4, D6, D8, D12, D20. Custom faces (D3, D7, D24) on request. 16, 20 or 30 mm. Special sizes of 12 to 50 mm possible. Total customization: each side can carry icon, text, logo, pictogram.
What are the manufacturing lead times?
Prototype: 7 to 10 working days. Standard production run: 3 to 5 weeks. Express is possible on conditions. Time limits vary according to volume, material and marking technique (laser engraving is faster than screen printing in small run).
Are your dice EN71 compliant and eco-responsible?
Yes. All our dice meet the standard toy EN71 (physical, mechanical and chemical safety). FSC or PEFC certified wood, recycled plastics, inks and varnishes free of petroleum solvents. 100% French manufacturing which drastically cuts transport footprint. See our CSR commitments.
