What is the minimum amount for a personalized puzzle?
From1 unique prototype To validate your concept. Economical scales: 10, 100, 500, 1,000, 5,000 and up to 50,000 copies. Small series (1 to 100) are passed in digital printing in our workshop Brittany; from 500 copies, the Offset Angoulême becomes more profitable.
How many pieces do I choose for my puzzle?
24 to 60 pieces for children 4 to 8 years, 100 to 300 pieces for 8 to 12 years and family members, 500 to 1,000 pieces for standard adult, 2,000 and over For collectors. For giant event puzzles, 24 large XXL pieces (10+ cm).
Carton or wood, which material to choose from?
Recycled cardboard : economic, ecological, ideal large quantities B2B and publishers. French wood CFPEZ : premium, durable, ideal VIP business gift and children's educational puzzles. Both are compliant EN71. See guide puzzle 300 pieces.
What are the manufacturing lead times?
Prototype: 10 to 15 working days. Standard production run: 4 to 6 weeksExpress: 10 working days (on conditions). Time limits vary according to volume, material (wood longer than cardboard) and number of pieces.
Are your puzzles EN71 compliant and eco-responsible?
Yes. All our puzzles are in accordance with the standard toy EN71 (physical, mechanical and chemical safety). High recycled cardboard or French wood certified PEFC, vegetable inks, eco-solvent varnish. 100% French manufacture that drastically reduces the transport footprint. See our CSR commitments.
